Privacy Policy

The Starling Collective ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact details (name, email, phone), family travel information (number and ages of travelers, room preferences), and payment information processed through our secure third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

How we use it

To communicate with you, plan and operate your trips, process payments, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Trusted partners who help us operate trips — including our booking partner Esteem Journeys, travel suppliers, and our payment processor — only as needed to deliver your travel. We may disclose information if required by law.

Children's information

We collect limited information about traveling minors (such as age and dietary or medical needs) solely to plan and operate trips safely. This information is provided by parents or guardians and used only for trip purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
